Presenter Training

Practice makes perfect! We provide live presenter training sessions with our full service webinar system. A friendly and knowledgeable Event Coordinator will train your presenter(s) and moderator on how to use all aspects of the webinar Control Room. 

Viewer Support

While our system is extremely compatible and reliable, there still may be the occasional viewer that needs additional help to access and attend your event.  We provide real time support for all viewers.  Each support incidence is tracked by our Online Support System to assure the best possible response time and viewer experience.
