Webinar & Webcast Services for Media Publishers

Live event webcasting - fully managed

Our semi managed service includes an Event manager to work with you in setting up the webcast, a producer to work with you on pre event testing and direct support during your webcast. Your webcast will be built on our Galaxy Platform and will feature a customizable registration system with detailed reporting, customizable player for branding, stream delivery via global CDN, audience question system, synchronized slide shows, custom event link pages, real time viewer support and more.

In our semi managed service your technical staff is responsible for running the on site encoder and for delivering an event stream to our system. Our producers will work with you to make sure you are configured correctly and to run a pre event tests. We do not send staff on site in this service. For on site staffing look to our fully managed version.

 

Live event webcasting - semi managed

Our fully managed service includes everything from the semi managed service plus on site staff. We will send an experienced producer on site to manage the webcast, run the encoder, integrate with the AV firm and integrate with the venue connectivity. In addition, we bring all encoding equipment. Both fully managed and semi managed services will provide the client with access to our Galaxy Webcast Platform where you will be able to create your custom registration, see viewer reports and more.
