Three Steps to Live Webcast

There are three steps to webcasting a live event. We will work with you to make sure all three are planned and managed for success.

Step 1., The Webcast

The webcast is what your viewers will see and the webcast will be the image of your message. Our live service is a full features webcast service combined with people who work with you to make sure your event is a success.  From our ability to launch from a single click right from your site to our advanced registration and reporting, we provide the very best live webcast service available. Step 2., Audio, Video & Staging

Your event will undoubtedly have microphones and a sound system tied into the house speaker system of your chosen venue. We can take that audio and convert it into a live audio webcast. The addition of one, or more, cameras will enable us to webcast a full audio and video stream of your event. Always check with the venue of choice to see what audio and video packages they can provide as this is often your most affordable configuration. Should your venue not provide such services, we can work with the AV firm of your choice or help you select an AV firm.

Steo 3., Signal Acquisition

This is the critical point where we take the audio and video feeds, compress then via encoding and send the encoded feed to our webcast system via the venue’s local connectivity. We can provide the encoding equipment and operator or work with your own operator. Our event coordinator will work with your venue to make sure all connectivity requirements are fulfilled prior to our arrival on site.
